Lars mainly focuses on performing financial due diligences for SMEs and international companies in various sectors.
Although financial due diligences often pass through the same stages, each project has its own story.
Besides financial insights, we also gain insight into the tax, legal and social aspects of a company during the process. Moreover, we encounter different profiles of both parties, including company directors, management, accountants... so that lasting collaborations are built. This diversity ensures that each project offers an exciting and instructive experience, which we can look back on with great satisfaction.
Besides work, I enjoy a good run, game of padel and (mini)football. Snacks and drinks with family and friends complete my weekend.
