Baker Tilly offers you access to this tool with the goal of making services related to personal income tax returns more efficient and accessible. This tool can only be used by clients of Baker Tilly. By using the tool, you are considered part of the client base and all customary terms and conditions apply. <\/p>\n
By using the system, you declare the following:<\/p>\n
\n- You certify that you have entered all information truthfully.<\/li>\n
- You declare that you have communicated all data of which you have knowledge, in compliance with Article 307, \u00a7 1, second paragraph, of the Income Tax Code 1992 (CIR 92) where each taxpayer must communicate to the Central Contact Point (CAP) the numbers of the accounts of which he or she is or has been, as of January 1, 2011, holder or co-holder – even temporarily – with a bank, exchange, credit or savings institution located abroad.<\/li>\n
- You declare that you have communicated the data relating to yourself, as well as to your spouse\/legal cohabitant, other family members and\/or children of whom you have parental authority.<\/li>\n
- You also declare that any change to this document, both for yourself and your spouse\/legal cohabitant, other family members and\/or children of whom you have parental authority, will be communicated before the deadline for filing the personal income tax return.<\/li>\n
- You certify that all required and supported documents are transmitted to Baker Tilly, including, but not limited to:\n

- annual statement of foreign earnings;<\/li>\n
- survey of movable income (Domestic and Foreign) including:\n
\n- Equity income (dividends,…);<\/li>\n
- interest from bank accounts;<\/li>\n
- income from investment portfolios (also as reinvested income);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- copyrights and other intellectual property;<\/li>\n
- bank certificate(s) home loan(s);<\/li>\n
- for new loans also the one-time basic attestation;<\/li>\n
- for loans refinanced in the past, the date of the original loan;<\/li>\n
- Bank certificate(s) of professional loans (in case of sole proprietorship – principal and or secondary occupation);<\/li>\n
- attestation(s) credits advance tax payments;<\/li>\n
- attestation(s) retirement savings;<\/li>\n
