De drempel voor verplichte rapportering stijgt naar ondernemingen met <strong>meer dan 1000 werknemers en een omzet van meer dan 50 miljoen euro of een balanswaarde van 25 miljoen euro.<\/strong> Daarnaast komt er <strong>uitstel van twee jaar<\/strong> voor ondernemingen die vanaf het fiscale jaar 2025 moesten rapporteren. Verder wordt de <strong>audit vereenvoudigd<\/strong> en worden de <strong>ESG-rapportagevereisten<\/strong> verlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Ook de Taxonomie-verplichtingen worden versoepeld. Voor bedrijven met een omzet tot 450 miljoen euro blijft deze rapportering vrijwillig. De CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) geldt voortaan enkel voor ondernemingen met meer dan 1000 werknemers en een omzet van meer dan 450 miljoen euro.<\/p>\n<p>Dit voorstel betekent een significante verlaging van administratieve lasten en compliance-kosten. Maar betekent dit ook dat duurzaamheid minder belangrijk wordt? Uw CSRD-plichtige klanten zullen duurzaamheidcriteria blijven opvragen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wettelijke verplichtingen:<\/strong> regelgeving rond bijvoorbeeld circulariteit, recyclage, greenwashing, carbontaks en emissiereductie blijft evolueren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kosten en kansen:<\/strong> subsidies, belastingvoordelen en investeringen in duurzame innovatie blijven een belangrijke hefboom.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ondernemingswaarde bij overnames en fusies:<\/strong> ESG-factoren spelen een steeds grotere rol bij de waardebepaling en toekomstbestendigheid van bedrijven. Ondernemingen met een duidelijke duurzaamheidsstrategie behalen vaak een hogere verkoopprijs en blijven aantrekkelijker voor investeerders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-text-no-margin\" style=\"--awb-text-color:var(--awb-color8);--awb-margin-bottom:15px;\"><p>Hoewel de rapporteringsverplichtingen dus afnemen, blijft een sterk duurzaamheidsbeleid een strategische troef. Begrijp welke duurzaamheidsaspecten uw onderneming echt raken en anticipeer waar nodig.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versterk uw weerbaarheid<\/strong> \u2192 Bereid uw bedrijf voor op toekomstige wetgeving en markteisen, zodat u niet reactief hoeft te handelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integreer duurzaamheid in uw strategie<\/strong> \u2192 Gebruik de vrijgekomen middelen en tijd om uw duurzaamheidsstrategie verder te verfijnen en om te zetten in acties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benut financi\u00eble voordelen<\/strong> \u2192 Denk aan subsidies, belastingvoordelen en verbeterde financieringsvoorwaarden voor duurzame investeringen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maak duurzaamheid zichtbaar<\/strong> \u2192 Klanten en partners willen aantoonbare inspanningen zien. De voorgestelde nieuwe regelgeving biedt meer ademruimte, maar maakt duurzaam ondernemen niet minder relevant.
