Wouter is responsible for financial due diligence activities in Belgium. As an expert in this area, he is also the key link between the financial, tax, social, legal and ESG due diligence workflows.
Within my role, I perform due diligence investigations for a variety of clients, ranging from both small and large companies to international corporations and private equity funds.
Through our analyses, we offer companies better insight into the financial figures, enabling entrepreneurs to make informed and well-considered decisions for their future. Above all, the sense that we positively impact our clients with well-founded advice energizes me in my work. Sometimes transactions fail to materialize due to findings from the due diligence investigation. While this can sometimes lead to challenging situations, it does mean that we have added value and saved our client from a bad deal.
In my spare time, I play tennis, enjoy a drink with friends, and spend time with my wife and little son.
